• Should you decide to bring in any equipment that will consume electricity, an Energy Fee of Php 1,000.00 net/day per regular equipment shall be charged.

Additional Dish – Php500.00/dish
Softdrinks – Php500.00/case
Wines – Php500.00/bottle
Special arrangements can also be made for a corresponding fee.

Billing Arrangements:
• 50 % downpayment shall be settled upon confirmation. Balance will be settled prior to check-in.
• All other charges outside the contract will be on personal account of the guest otherwise advised by the Engager.

Cancellation Policy
•At least 1 month prior event...............50% of the total contract amount
•Less than 15 days prior to event........Total amount paid is non-refundable
•No Show ..............................................Total amount paid is non-refundable
