Billing Arrangements:
•50 % downpayment shall be settled upon confirmation. Balance will be settled prior to check-in.
•All other charges outside the contract will be on personal account of the guest otherwise advised by the Engager.
Cancellation Policy
•At least 1 month prior event...............50% of the total contract amount
•Less than 15 days prior to event........Total amount paid is non-refundable
•No Show ..............................................Total amount paid is non-refundable
